Booking Confirmation & Guest Agreement

This document serves as the official booking confirmation and guest agreement between Benitez Private Resort and the undersigned Guest.

By confirming the reservation and making payment, the Guest acknowledges, agrees, and is bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-In, Check-Out & Additional Charges
Check-in: 3:00 PM
- No early check-in if there is an existing booking on the same day.
- Early check-in penalty: ₱2,000 per hour
Check-out: 12:00 PM
- No late check-out if there is an existing booking on the same day
- Late check-out penalty: ₱2,000 per hour

Extra guests: ₱500 per person beyond the agreed headcount
Gas stove rental: ₱500

High Power Consumption Equipment Fee and Other Resort Set-Up
- LED Wall / LED Screen Setup: ₱3,000 per event (due to high electricity demand)
- Coffee Maker / Coffee Machine): ₱1,500 per booking
- Back drop Only : ₱1500
- Inflatable : ₱2,000

Security deposit: ₱5,000 upon check-in (Refundable upon check-out) (Subject to deductions for loss, damage, or violations)

2. House Rules & Prohibited Acts

The Guest agrees to strictly observe all resort rules, including but not limited to:
- No illegal drugs (strictly prohibited)
- No diving in the pool
- No smoking inside rooms, KTV rooms, and pool area (Penalty: ₱10,000)
- No vandalism
- No removal or relocation of furniture
(House rule violations may result in penalties or early checkout.)

3. Pool & Jacuzzi Use
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Management is not liable for accidents or injuries while using resort facilities.
- Mini Jacuzzi blower usage is limited to two (2) hours and must be requested from staff.

4. Fireworks Policy
- Fireworks are allowed only with prior notice.
- Guests must inform management 1–2 days in advance for coordination and neighbor notification.

5. Provided Resort Amenities & Loss Charges

The following items are provided for guest use during the stay:
Consumables (Free of Charge)
1. Tissue
2. Shampoo
3. Conditioner

Issued Items (Subject to Loss or Damage Charges)
1. Towels – 20 pcs per resort : (₱500 per piece)
2. Slippers – 20 pcs per resort: (₱200 per pair)
3.Hair Blower – 1 pc per room: (₱1,000per unit)
4.Clothes Iron – 1 unit per resort: (₱1,000per unit)

Any missing or damaged items shall be charged to the Guest or deducted from the security deposit.
Only the items listed above are included in the resort amenities. Any items not expressly stated are not included and must be provided by the guests.

6. Guest Responsibility & Liability
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or damage.
- Any damage, loss, or misuse of resort property shall be charged to the Guest.
- Guests shall be responsible for penalties arising from violations of RA 8749, PD 984, and PD 1152, including excessive noise or videoke use beyond allowed hours.

7. Other Policies
- Loud music is not allowed after 11:00 PM.
- Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only (minimal fee may apply; events not included).
- Caretaker availability: Until 10:00 PM.
- Proper waste segregation and cleanliness must be observed.

8. Agreement & Acceptance

By confirming the booking, the Guest confirms that they:
Have read and understood all terms and conditions
Agree to comply fully with resort policies
Accept responsibility for all guests under their booking
